what will we call him?

I guess the equivalent to First Lady would be First Gentleman?

Or First Knight?

First Sir?

First Bro?

First Dude?

First Husband doesn’t seem right because we don’t call Michelle Obama “First Wife”

Personally I’m voting for First Knight because that was a movie with Sean Connery and his attractive accent.
